The Role

• Newly created Group Training Organisation
• Exciting Leadership role
• Innovative Service Model for the Disability and Home Care sectors

This role is responsible for development, planning, delivery and quality management of group training services that are delivered to the disability and home care sectors.

This is a key liaison and business development role working with all stakeholders including; industry bodies, employers, trainees, government and people with disabilities to promote the benefits of group training in the context of the workforce challenges in the disability and home care sectors.

This role will suit a person who is;

• Enthusiastic and energetic person looking for the opportunity to put their stamp on an innovative new business venture
• Self driven and not afraid to take on a new business enterprise in a critical community service industry
• Able to bring with them established relationships and experience within in the disability and Home Care sectors that will assist in opening doors to achieve success and develop new networks
• A confident speaker who is willing to travel and who holds a current Drivers Licence
• A result focused individual driven by KPI’s
• Experience in workforce planning
